When doing minimum orders, there is also a required minimum quantity of items that have to |

be ordered. For example: the minimum quantity per Baby-carrier (same size and colour) is |
| |
100 units. |

There are two options to make the arrangements for international shipping: |
| |
| 1st option: Buyer names a custom agency of their choice. In this case, the buyer will pay: international freight, insurance, paper work fees and custom agency commission. Punku offers a free local transportation to a place assigned by the buyer or custom agency. |
| 2nd option: Punku makes arrangement on behalf of the buyer. In this case, the buyer will also pay: international freight, insurance, paper work fees. |

First order of new clients are paid in advance by cheque, bank transfer, money order or |

credit card to Punku located in Canada. Some exceptions can apply. |

Buyer is responsible of import clearance in country of import. |
