1. How to order
Order Online! It is fast, easy, and secure. Visit our Privacy and Security section to learn why it is absolutely 
safe to shop with us online. 
By Phone: Call (1)(819) 503-0602. While online orders can be placed at anytime, phone orders will be received 
working days, Monday through Friday, 10 am – 3 pm PST.  
By Email: You may send your order and contact information through an email; we will contact you to finish your 
purchase (please do not send credit card information through any email system! ).

2. Sales Taxes
Our prices do not include sales taxes applicable within US and Canada. Note that you will 
receive an invoice displaying the sales taxes applicable by law associated to the Billing Address.  

3. Shipping Information
Unless you ask for other shipping service, your order will be shipped via Canada Post (Expedited Parcel Service). All orders 
will be shipped from Gatineau (Quebec, Canada). 

If your products are in stock (Canada), they will be shipped within 2-4 business days from the day you order is placed, and will 
arrive in 1-14 business days from the time it ships out, unless you ask for other shipping service.  

The client pays the shipping cost.  

4. US Ordering
When we ship international orders via courier (UPS or Purolator), brokerage fees are usually added to the 
receivers bill,so in order to avoid these extra charges we recommend to choose shipping via Canada Post 
(Expedited Parcel Service). 

We cannot be responsible for any customs or duty charges on any US shipments. These are determined by 
customs officials once the shipment has arrived to US. Most often these charges show up when we ship 
international orders via UPS or Purolator, so in order to avoid these charges, we recommend to choose 
shipping via Canada Post (Expedited Parcel Service).

5. Transit Time 
Transit time (or Delivery Time) below is in business days, and it includes the 2-4 business days we take 
to process and ship your order.

6. Payment Methods
We accept recognized credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc. Online payments are made 
through PayPal site, a very recognized and secure site.  You may pay by Money Order.
