This document explains how PUNKU uses and protects any information that we collect and receive from you (such as 
your name, address, email address, phone number, credit card, and any other information that is not otherwise 
publicly available) and the security of our online catalogue.

1. Confidentiality and Security
Our online catalogue is a secure place to shop or order online. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect 
data transmissions. 

Our payment partner, PayPal, has its own SSL encryption so your payment information is secure. For example, when 
you enter your credit card number into the PayPal payment form, it is transmitted in an encrypted (scrambled) form.

2. The Information we collect
PUNKU may collect the following information:
- Name, address, email address and phone number. 
-The Internet Protocol (IP) addresses of visitors to our site
- On some cases, you can submit information about other people. (For example, if you order a gift online and 
want it sent directly to the recipient, you will need to submit the recipients address) 

Note: We do not store any credit card information. 

3. How we use Collected Information
We use the information you provide about yourself or about someone else when placing an order only to complete
that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except the postal system to the extent 
necessary to complete that order. 

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose 
and are not shared with outside parties. 

Our Online Catalogue gives you the opportunity to submit a testimonial about your experience using our products.   
Your comments may be made publicly available. 

Our Online Catalogue gives you the opportunity to receive a short email newsletter about new crafts, resources and 
promotions. You will not receive any emailed information unless you specifically request this information.


4. How to access or correct your Account Information 
If you have an account with us, you can access all your personally identifiable information by logging into it. We 
use this procedure to better safeguard your information. 

You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by editing your account information.
