No returns or exchange will be accepted without prior coordination.
For all returns or exchange you must contact us within 10 business days of receipt of goods. Shipping
fees or bank charges are non-refundable.
How to Return or Exchange:
To ship a product back to us, carefully pack it in the original box or padded envelope, or use another package
in good condition.
- Make a copy of your emailed receipt or packing slip that arrived in the box with your order, and place it in
the box. Please be sure to write the quantity being returned and the reason for the return, and send it to:

- The item must be returned in the same conditions as it was received (hand tags, package, etc).
- When we receive your item and after confirming that it is in the same conditions as it was sold, we will issue
a cheque or credit note for the cost of the item including taxes.
- If you are exchanging a product for something else, please make a clear note specifying the replacement
product you would like to receive, including size and/or colour (if applicable). If the cost is higher for the
replacement product, please include a check, otherwise call or email us to arrange credit card payment over
the phone.
2. Damaged Product Policy
For refunds related to damaged products you must contact us within 5 business days of receipt of goods.
